Quality control is implemented throughout the entire PCB manufacturing process, with inspections conducted after each major production step.
• PCB samples are typically tested using flying probe inspection
• For production volumes exceeding 3 square meters, fixture testing is applied for higher efficiency
• 100% impedance testing is performed when required
• 100% electrical testing (E-test) is conducted
For AOI inspection:
• Multilayer boards: 100% AOI
• Double-sided boards: approximately 80% AOI, which is our standard long-term inspection policy
ISO9001, ISO14001, UL, RoHS report. We can provide the report of raw material, including CCL, solder mask etc based on customer’s requirement.
PCBs are packed with inner vacuum sealing and outer carton packaging to ensure protection during transportation.
Shipping methods depend on customer preference.
We can arrange shipment through our forwarding partner, which cooperates with DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx, and other international express carriers. In many cases, our forwarder can offer more competitive freight rates than direct booking.
Customers may also use their own designated forwarder.
