PCB Manufacturing and Assembly Services

We support PCB fabrication, prototype assembly, small-batch PCBA, and component sourcing. You can start with bare board fabrication, assembly only, or a complete turnkey build.

PCB Fabrication: Rigid PCB, multilayer PCB, HDI PCB, RF/high-frequency PCB, rigid-flex PCB, flex PCB, aluminum substrate, and heavy copper PCB. Layer count 1–28. Impedance control tolerance ±10%.
PCB Assembly: SMT, through-hole, and mixed-technology assembly for engineering samples and prototype validation. BOM review, component sourcing, and first-article inspection included in the build process.
PCB Design & ODM: Layout, schematic, hardware, and software engineering support. Our team reviews DFM, stack-up, and component selection before production starts.
Box Building: Box build assembly with SOP-controlled production and online quality inspection. All boards electrically tested before shipment by ICT/FCT. No MOQ.
Components Sourcing: Components sourced from authorized distributors or your specified channels. No substitutions made without your written approval. Long lead time or shortage risk flagged before purchasing.
Turnkey or Partial Build: Start with the scope that fits your project — bare board fabrication, assembly only, or a complete turnkey build including sourcing, assembly, inspection, and export shipment.

Quality Control of Our PCB Fabrication & Assembly

For complex PCB and PCBA projects, the review starts with Gerber, stack-up, BOM, drill data, and assembly files. Inspection method is confirmed with the customer before production starts.

Bare Board Electrical Testing: All bare boards electrically tested before shipment or before assembly. Flying probe and test fixture available depending on board complexity.
Robust Supply Chains: Components sourced from authorized distributors. No substitutions without customer written approval. Shortage and lead time risk flagged before purchasing.
SMT & Inspection: 15 SMT lines. Placement accuracy ±0.035mm (±0.025mm for ICs). SPI, AOI, X-Ray, FAI, ICT, FCT, and ATE test available. Testing plan confirmed with customer before production.
