This 17-layer high-Tg multilayer PCB is engineered for high-power and high-reliability power equipment, where thick board fabrication, odd-layer stackup control, and high aspect ratio via plating are critical manufacturing challenges.
The board adopts a hybrid material stackup combining FR4 TG170+ and Rogers RO4350B, providing thermal stability, mechanical strength, and stable electrical performance in demanding operating environments.
