Surface Finish Upgrades: We have replaced leaded HASL with Lead-Free HASL, and widely implemented eco-friendly finishes like OSP (Organic Solderability Preservative), Immersion Silver, and Immersion Tin.

Eco-Friendly Plating:

• Pure Tin Electroplating has replaced lead-tin electroplating.
• Green Chemical Copper: We utilize modern chemical copper plating solutions that use sodium potassium tartrate and low concentrations of formaldehyde (eliminating EDTA), making wastewater treatment more effective and safer.
• Direct Metallization: We are adopting direct electroplating processes (using conductive carbon black, palladium, or polymers) to further reduce toxic emissions and simplify wastewater treatment.

For instance, our copper recovery system recycles distinct value from waste liquid every month.
