2-Layer FR4 PCB with White Solder Mask and ENIG Finish

This product is a 2-layer FR4 rigid PCB with standard finished thickness, 1 oz copper, ENIG surface finish, and white solder mask. It is suitable for designs that need a simple rigid PCB structure, stable solderability, and a cleaner visual appearance than a conventional green solder mask board.

The 2-layer construction supports straightforward circuit routing and cost-effective fabrication, while the white solder mask can be useful for applications where board appearance, LED reflection, inspection contrast, or product design consistency matters.

Board Structure and Finish

A 2-layer FR4 PCB is often used when the circuit does not require complex multilayer routing. The structure gives one top and one bottom copper layer, making it practical for control boards, display boards, interface boards, and general electronic assemblies.
