Guangdong SAYFU will observe the Chinese Spring Festival holiday. This notice is intended to help PCB and PCBA customers plan inquiries, production communication, and delivery arrangements around the office closure period.
Holiday Closure Schedule
Our office will be closed from February 6 to February 18, 2021, and normal work is scheduled to resume on February 19, 2021. Customers who need PCB or PCBA support should arrange communication before the holiday where possible.
What Customers Should Plan Before the Holiday
If a project needs quotation review, file confirmation, production feedback, or shipment communication, please send the required information as early as possible. Clear files and complete requirements help reduce delays when the team returns.
For PCB manufacturing projects, useful information may include Gerber files, board thickness, layer count, copper requirements, surface finish, quantity, and delivery expectations. For PCBA inquiries, BOM, centroid data, assembly drawings, and test requirements may also be needed.
Service After Work Resumes
After the holiday, the team will continue handling PCB and PCBA inquiries according to the normal communication process. Projects received during the closure may need additional response time after work resumes because holiday backlogs can affect review order.
